Thank You for a Great Month of Donations

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who contributed to a successful month of donations. To our donors - we cannot do what we do without your ongoing support and generosity. To our dedicated volunteers - you work so very hard with unboxing, sorting, and categorizing the myriad of items that come through the warehouse doors.

We'd like to highlight some of the donations received this month. Covering every category from Arts to Zoology, the volunteers for the Book Fair received so many donations that thousands of books will have to be stored away for next year's sale. Shoppers this year will be happy to find a selection of over 1,000 books that have been signed by the authors.

The Book Fair received a large collection of Hardy Boys novels. The Children's section has a large selection of series for young adults.

In addition to the 1,500 DVDs (including Blu-rays) and 9,000 CDs donated, the volunteers were happy to receive LPs by artists like The Boss, The Beatles, The Bee Gees, along with classical vinyl from Bach, Beethoven, and Brahms.

Not to be forgotten, donations for the All Things Christmas, Gifts & Art Sale were outstanding, which will make for a great shopping experience in November.

With June Warehouse Days now over, the next opportunity to donate to upcoming Kingston Symphony Volunteers sales will be on individual sale donation dates in the fall as well as on Warehouse Days in the new year (2025).
