Annual General Meeting Scheduled for November 28

Members of the Kingston Symphony Association are invited to attend the Kingston Symphony Association Annual General Meeting on Thursday, November 28, 2024 at 4:30 p.m., which will be held online via Zoom. Members include individuals and/or corporations who have donated $20 or more to the Kingston Symphony Association during the 2023-2024 fiscal year (June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024). A notice has been sent out by email with registration instructions. Once you have registered, you will receive a notification by email with the link to join the meeting.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete a proxy form if you wish to nominate someone else as your voting representative. Completed proxy forms must be submitted to the Kingston Symphony Association office no later than Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at 9 a.m.

Only members in good standing during the 2023-2024 season are eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting.
