Register now for the upcoming Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting for the Kingston Symphony Association will take place on Thursday, October 29, 2026 online via Zoom. The meeting will begin at 5 p.m. Members in good standing and interested parties are encouraged to register for the meeting by clicking here. Once you have registered, you will receive a notification by email with the link to join the meeting.

Only members in good standing during the 2025-2026 season (June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026) are eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting. Members of the Kingston Symphony Association include individuals and/or corporations who have donated $20 or more to the Kingston Symphony Association during the 2025-2026 fiscal year. If unsure, please confirm your membership status by contacting the Kingston Symphony Association office by email at admin@kingstonsymphony.ca or by phone at 613-546-9729.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete a proxy form if you wish to nominate someone else as your voting representative. Completed proxy forms must be submitted to the Kingston Symphony Association office no later than Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 9 a.m.

The nominees proposed for election as Directors are Tanya Grodzinski, Mirka Januszkiewicz, Peter Kissick, and Catherine Tang. Any two members of the Kingston Symphony Association may nominate a member for a vacancy on the Board of Directors. Nominations shall be in writing and signed by the members proposing the nominee, and accompanied by the assurance of the expressed consent of the nominee to act if elected. Such nominations shall be in the hands of the Secretary not less than one week prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting.
