The Impact of Relaxed Performances
This Saturday, March 28, 2026, we are excited to be performing our second ever relaxed concert, Jacob Two-Two Meets the Hooded Fang.
Relaxed performances help to increase the accessibility of the performing arts by creating welcoming environments for audience members in the Disability and Neurodiverse communities. Audience members are encouraged to move, vocalize, and experience the Kingston Symphony in their own way! Relaxed performances can help make the concert going experience more approachable, comfortable, and relaxed for people who might not otherwise see themselves as symphony goers. These performances are also meaningful to our musicians.
